What can I use HBN: Lookbook for? Which features are available on the Free plan? How do I set up my first lookbook? Why doesn’t enabling my lookbook make it appear on my store? How do I let shoppers buy products from a lookbook?

Does HBN: Lookbook collect or store customer data?

The app processes merchant configuration and selected Shopify content, but it does not request customer, order, checkout, or payment-card data.

Information the app processes:
  • Store and installation identifiers and authentication information.
  • Saved photos, product references, display settings, and subscription status.
  • Products and Shopify Files that you select for the app.
Information the app does not request:
  • Customer data.
  • Order, checkout, or payment-card data.
  • Storefront click histories.
Published photos and product associations are visible to store visitors. Shopify-hosted files are not a confidential file-storage service.
App-held installation and authentication data is deleted after uninstallation and verified platform privacy requests. Shopify-hosted files follow Shopify’s retention rules. Subscription changes can pause display capabilities without deleting saved content, and recovery after uninstalling is not guaranteed.
We use access controls and encrypted transport, but no system provides absolute security. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
